Thanks Givings Past................... The Holiday Blog Kick Off!

Tomorrow morning.....Lisa and Josh will pack up the mini-van as they prepare to come to Utah with the girls for Thanks Giving! I am so excited I can hardly stand it! This is my precious Katie and Annie...... I can't get enough of them!

When ever I see pictures of the two of them together.... it makes me think about the relationship that I share with my sisters and how much I love them and rely on them! We have shared so many amazing experiences together and I have so many great memories! The holidays we spent as a family are an important part of those memories.

Thanks Giving in our family typically meant traveling to the East Bay to be with our cousins the Nearons for a holiday feast. After pulling out of the "Franks Mini Mart" parking lot, where we had to stop so my mom could purchase the last bag of pecans left in Novato, that she had to get as a result of me eating the pecans off of the top of the "candied yams" she had prepared the day before.....once my tears where wiped away.....I would begin dreaming up ideas for the semi-annual, Hutchins, Nearon Family Talent Extravaganza! I found a picture of that recently.......guess what that means........

That's me there in the really cute pink cords....and of course Lisa as "Little Red Riding Hood" and the talented Kimmy Nearon (who by the way folks.....went on to be on Broadway (true story)). I loved and still love.....growing up in the Hutchins family! I hope my Katie and Annie will love each other as much as I love my sisters! What a blessing!
