"Dream Big" is the name of one of my favorite songs of all time, the name of my future company and my motto this week as I've been dreaming up new ways to do my hair. Today I said self, either 
we cut that pony-tail mop you've got going on back there to a "Dorothy Hamel" or the "Johnny Hutchins" OR....you do something new and different with it. I am 
not ready for short hair just yet..........so I decided to purchase some of those little pink sponge rollers that I have NEVER used before in my life.....if it works.....curlie hair would be something different for me. I haven't had curly hair since my mom realized the only thing that would require less maintenance for me than the Dorothy Hamel (or the Johhny Hutchins) would be the Dorathy Hamel (or the Johhny Hutchins) with a PERM. Ol Nan did a mean TONY home perm! Except that one time of course.....when leaving the perm solution on a few minutes too long and fried my bangs right off....course we didn't have to worry about my hair being in my eyes for a year or two. I'll take a picture of the finished product tomorrow!

Seeing those rollers makes me feel like a little girl. That was me many a Saturday nights!
I don't ever remember you having those curlers in your hair? EVER? Was it when you were older?
All I can say is - that was me every Saturday night of my childhood. After my bath my Mom rolled me hair in the pink spoungey rollers then it was Love Boat and Fantasy Island. Aaahhh the good ol days!
