YEA!!!! It's NOVEMBER! I LOVE NOVEMBER!
Now, on to things I don’t like! They say that “Breaking Up is Hard to Do”….to that I say…sure, sometimes! You know what’s hard? Really hard, breaking up with the family behind the person you are no longer with! IT’s so lame! Take the darling parents pictured below.
Meet Jose Luis Ramon Montero and his lovely bride, Esperanza (not their real names). I dated their son “Jose Luis Ramon Montero Jr.” (on and off) for over a year. I had many Sunday dinners in their home, attended plays with them, played board games, received really thoughtful gifts and so on. While I was falling in love with their young son, Jose Luis…..I was also falling in love with them. I wasn’t even a member of the family and Jose Luis Sr. gave me the title “my favorite….as in “How’s mfavoritee?”.

Thanks for still calling me "Your Favorite".....I won't tell your kids! My own father calls me his "favorite daughter" and I never tell the others. (Perhaps I should have put that in a private email. Holly and Lisa.....if your reading sorry! I know the truth can hurt!)

Um....Lisa.....it is true...I am dads favorite.....and I am sure there was a time when I was moms...however...that was in my "Pre Blog Era"! You got your status back right after I wrote about the book deal!

Aimo - I have been through a few divorces such as these myself. The guy can go but its so hard to say goodbye to the family. So I hope someday you can find a "Krista" too. She has made it all worth it!

Hey, hey, hey, you two (Amy and Lisa) what is the deal. Why do you think it bounces back and forth from the two of you who is Mom and Dads favorite. Now, lets get a few things straight. I am the first girl. Dad took one look at me and fell in love. I have always been his favorite. Mom is a different story. So I wasn't her favorite for about 37 years but I am now so la te da!!!!! Put that in your pipe and smoke it. You two can fight for second place. Hey... maybe thats what you have been doing all along. Oh sorry, I take back everything I said. Love you both.

Look....mom and dad love us all the same! Although the fact that I am the ONLY member of our family with GREEN eyes....pretty much makes me the chosen one! And ah....ladies....you may have kids.....but the first one of us to have a child with green eyes.....will officially be the favorite... Is that fair?
